General: Shadows is a full access in-home pet sitting service. Whether you are going on vacation, have extended work hours, meetings, school, family outings or have had illness/surgery and are unable to meet the needs of your “kids” - Shadows is there to take care of The Kids.

Kenneling: Shadows offers convenience and dependability. Your home is more secure then if left unattended. Your “kids” are in their familiar environment which helps to relieve the stress of your not being there. They maintain a routine with the same diet and personal attention. Your “kids” are not exposed to illness. Your friends, family, and neighbors do not have to interrupt their schedules. There is no inconvenience in time constraints or additional costs of transportation in dropping off or delay in picking up. Your “kids” are home, stress free and happy when you arrive.

Rates: Rates are based on distance and number of pets to be cared for. Please call for a rate. The minimum rate is $15.00 per visit. All payments are payable in advance, on each first visit.

New Clients: New clients need to call in advance to schedule a free Evaluation Visit where Shadows will come out to meet your “kids”, find out about their routine, and go over the necessary paperwork with you. Please have a key made and ready to give to Shadows on this Evaluation Visit, along with a list of your “kids” medications and immunizations information. Always feel free to ask questions.

Scheduling: Schedule your pet sitting needs in advance to ensure service. All regular scheduling is booked by calling 770-707-0932. Leave a message if no one answers. Your call will be returned the same day. No service is booked until your call has been returned. Established clients will have my cell phone number. Established clients are to call my cell for emergency service (or just to check on their “kids”).

Your Return: Clients are required to contact Shadows at 770-707-0932 upon entering their home, regardless of the hour of the day or night. It assures Shadows that you have returned home safely and that service is no longer needed. Shadows answering system is on 24/7/12. If your plans change and you arrive home later, service will continue until you do return home. Payment for extended service is due within 5 days of your return.
